Be part of a team that's revolutionizing golf course operations with AI-powered solutions. We're looking for passionate individuals who want to make an impact in the golf industry.
Department: Sales / Business Development — Location: Remote
Job Description
CourseRev builds voice AI and chatbot technology for golf courses. When a golfer calls your pro shop, our AI answers the phone, books the tee time, and takes payment. No hold music, no missed calls, no staff pulled off the counter.
This role owns deals from first demo through renewal. You'll run demos, close new accounts, guide onboarding, and stay close to every course in your book. The person we're looking for knows golf operations well enough to talk shop with a GM and explain why an AI answering their phone line isn't scary, it's overdue.
What You'll Do
- Run demos that show exactly how CourseRev handles real calls, real bookings, real payments.
- Close new accounts and own your revenue number.
- Walk new courses through onboarding: phone forwarding setup, tee sheet integration, knowledge base configuration, payment processing.
- Stay in regular contact with your accounts.
- Solve problems fast, flag product gaps to leadership, and make sure courses are getting measurable results from the platform.
- Find expansion opportunities inside your book. More locations, added features, deeper adoption.
- Keep your pipeline and account activity clean in the CRM.
What You Bring
- 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales or account management role.
- Real understanding of golf course operations. You've worked at a course, sold into them, or spent enough time in the business to know what a starter sheet looks like and why the phone never stops ringing on a Saturday morning.
- Ability to earn trust with owners and GMs while also training a front desk team on new technology.
- Self-directed. You won't have someone following up on your accounts for you.
Bonus Points
SaaS sales or onboarding experience. Comfort with AI products and the common objections around them. Experience running live demos or training sessions.
Why This Role
You'd be joining a small team where your work is visible and your input shapes how we sell, onboard, and support courses. The golf industry is early in adopting AI. The window to build relationships and own accounts before this market gets crowded is right now.

Department: Marketing / Business Development — Location: Remote
Job Description
CourseRev.ai is the leading Voice AI platform built for golf courses. We help operators cut phone traffic, fill more tee times, and stop losing bookings to voicemail. We're looking for our next star marketer to manage our social media presence and build the CourseRev brand from the ground up.
This is an opportunity to be a part of building a foundational marketing playbook.
What You'll Own
- Build and manage CourseRev's social media across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and whatever's next.
- Create short-form video, graphics, and written content that sounds like a golfer, not a marketing department.
- Plan and run campaigns targeting both golfers (B2C) and course operators (B2B).
- Track what's working, cut what's not, and report the numbers without being asked.
- Proactively plan and execute original marketing campaigns spanning multiple months
Who You Are
- You know golf. You've worked in it (course, brand, shop, media) or you play it seriously and understand the culture.
- You've built something- a following, a brand account, a side project, a college org's social presence. We care more about what you've shipped than how many years you've been at it.
- You're comfortable with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools. You don't need a designer to make something look good.
- You want ownership and freedom to be creative.
Why CourseRev
- Your golf knowledge is the skill, not background noise.
- You'll own projects end-to-end from day one.
- Small team, direct access to founders and leadership.
- Real growth path as we scale.
Bonus
- Marketing experience with golf courses, brands, or golf media.
- Familiarity with tee sheet software, golf ops, or golf retail.
- An existing golf-related social presence people actually follow.
